Beyond it's shnazzy design lies the truth. It does not bing, I plays a sweet melody. Nothing juices me up for fresh microwaved food like a sweet sweet tune.

Mine came last nite. I found it easy to use and it looks adorable. I never thought I would have feelings about a microwave, but I hope to have this little guy for the rest of my life!

I'm a college student on a tight budget absorbed in interior fashion at the expense of ease-of-use and long term sustainability and I love this microwave! I was searching for a blue microwave to fit into the design of the kitchen in my loft. Can't be having misfit appliances can we? I found this little gem and have totally been in love with it.
I have no earthly idea how the shortcut functions work. I do use it fairly often without issues though. You hit the power button, tap it to the right power, turn the knob to the right time (it charmingly dings as you do this), and then hit start. It works, you food is cooked/heated and then it plays the happy "You gots food!" song instead of an annoying beep/buzzer.
The minute I got the microwave I nearly broke it because i wanted to play the song - do not run this microwave without something in it just to hear the song. It will overheat. A few minutes of cooling off later and it was good as new.
Overall, it's attractive, it's cute, it makes cute sounds, and puts on a dazzling light show for your friends and family as it nukes things. People always comment on how awesome my microwave is - but I am a MFA in theatrical design and surrounded by designers and the hip/trendy.
