Great buy. I had bought a different oven from another outlet and took it back because it was cheaply made. We ordered this one and are glad we did.
Happy With Purchase
Overall I'm happy with my purchase of the Sharp R-410LK Carousel 1-2/5-Cubic-Foot Family-Size Microwave Oven.
My only negative comment would be that I have yet to figure out the correct setting to use to defrost different foods.

Non Functional
Bought this as a backup for my old (very old) microwave in the event that it finally died. Well, my old microwave did give up the ghost, but when I plugged in the new one it did all kinds of neat things EXCEPT GENERATE HEAT! My mistake for not trying it out immediately (return option has since passed), so now I'm left with the option of buying a new oven or trying to get this one serviced. I'm assuming that chances are the cost and aggravation of having it fixed will be less than just buying a new one, so I'm simply out the hundred and some dollars. However, should this not be the case, I will post a positive review...it sure SEEMS like a nice oven and I have no trouble w/the door as some other folks have mentioned. I also want to add that I have been using Amazon for quite some time and this is the very first time something has gone awry. Overall, I am very pleased with Amazon and imagine that had I noticed the problem sooner and brought it to their attention, the issue would have been resolved satisfactorily.
